When will the units be available?
The delivery of the units is scheduled for July 2025. The reservation of the units has already begun in November 2024.
Do you only offer rentals, or do you also offer sales?
We only offer rentals for ANDAS units. There is no purchase option.
What does the rent include?
The rent includes the following services: hot water, unlimited high-speed fibre optic internet, 5 appliances, high-efficiency heat pump, urban chalet, terrace, and rooftop BBQ. Additional charges are the responsibility of the tenant.
Is parking included? Is it indoor or outdoor?
Parking is available indoors and is offered upon request for an additional fee on top of the rent.
Is the building intended for a specific age group?
The building is designed for all types of tenants and is not a retirement home (RPA). It is suitable for young professionals, families, and retirees.
What are the common areas of the building?
The building has several common areas, such as a beautiful rooftop terrace with BBQs and fire pits, as well as a cozy urban chalet. These spaces are available to residents to encourage socializing and well-being.
Are animals allowed?
Yes, animals are allowed under certain conditions. The maximum weight of animals is 25lbs.
